I have never loved narration more! The movie itself was entertaining enough, the plot was fun to follow, but the narration had me rolling. Those were the jokes that landed perfectly, they were meta before meta was everywhere on screen (ie. The Lego Movie, Deadpool, Rick and Morty, etc.) There were some moments in the film that were slightly uncomfortable either in dialogue or in actions, and is definitely not a movie I could see being made in this day and age, but overall, this is a film I would rewatch. The runtime was very appropriate for the picture, and it didn’t seem to lose sight of the storyline, allowing it to be just an enjoyable flick and feel like a good use of my time to watch.
